Sneaker Sticker stores personal data of visitors or customers only during online store purchases.

When making a purchase, the customer provides information such as name, surname, email address, phone number, and residential address for delivery purposes.

These collected data are exclusively used for business purposes, including package delivery, order notifications, inventory updates, and accounting. Phone numbers are not used for direct marketing purposes (e.g., promotional SMS messages).

Your delivery information is shared with Pošta Slovenije or another courier service responsible for delivering your package. We also share the customer’s phone number with the courier service as Pošta Slovenije uses SMS messages to inform about package delivery.

Data entered during purchase or purchase history are processed solely for the needs and analysis of Sneaker Sticker’s online store and are not disclosed to third parties.

Sneaker Sticker does not possess, collect, or store sensitive personal data.

If you create a user account on Sneaker, the provided data is saved. User accounts and their data (e.g., phone number, residential address, etc.) are used exclusively for expediting the checkout process (pre-filled fields during checkout, etc.).

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

If you pay for your order with a credit card, Sneaker Sticker neither stores nor has access to your credit card number.

Card and payer information (name, surname, address) are transmitted via a secure connection to our credit card payment provider, WooPayments or Strike.

This is essential for processing and executing the payment. They also adhere to GDPR regulations.

SUBSCRIBING TO EMAIL NEWSLETTERS AND OTHER EMAIL COMMUNICATION

When subscribing to newsletters, we only store your email address, name, and surname. Sneaker Sticker supports explicit consent for newsletter sign-up.

If you check the option to receive newsletters when placing an online order, we may occasionally send you emails related to Sneaker Sticker’s online store to the email address provided during the purchase.

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in the received email. If you subscribe to newsletters, your email is shared with our email system provider (Klaviyo or MailChimp), which complies with all GDPR regulations safeguarding your data, enabling us to send online mail and other e-communications.

You can also subscribe to our newsletters through other means (input fields on the Sneaker Sticker website, etc.).

You can request removal from our newsletter recipient list at any time by clicking the link in the email, replying to the email, or sending a new email to info@sneakersticker.com.

We also dislike spam and make an effort not to send emails to recipients who do not wish to receive them.

DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA

If you want Sneaker Sticker to delete all your personal data (if we have any), please send an email to info@sneakersticker.com. This will erase the history of your purchases (all your past orders and associated data) and your email in our email system.

We do not store other data about you (e.g., credit card information) or cannot identify you from them (browsing on the website, etc.).
